This Privacy Policy explains how NCE-Commerce ("NCE-Commerce," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. NCE-Commerce is a performance-marketing and e-commerce agency operating the website ncecommerce.com and a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Marketing API application called "NCE Dashboard."
NCE Dashboard connects to our clients' Meta Business accounts to create, manage, and report on advertising campaigns on their behalf. This policy applies to information processed through that application as well as through our website.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to willblake13@gmail.com.
(a) Information you provide to us
When you contact us, request a consultation, or authorize the NCE Dashboard application, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company details, and any information you choose to share with us.
(b) Data accessed via the Meta Platform
When an authorized user connects a Meta Business account to NCE Dashboard, we access data through Meta's Graph API solely to provide our advertising services. This may include:
(c) Website and analytics data
Like most websites, we collect standard technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your device type, browser, pages visited, and referring source.
We use the information described above to:
We only use Meta Platform data to deliver the advertising services requested by our clients. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.
For data accessed through a client's Meta ad accounts, NCE-Commerce acts as a data processor on behalf of that client, who is the data controller. We process this data under our agreements with, and on the documented instructions of, our clients.
Where applicable law requires it, our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, your consent (for example, when you authorize the app), and compliance with legal obligations.
We share information only as needed to provide our services. This includes:
We do not sell your personal data.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Meta Platform data is retained only while we provide services to the relevant client, and is deleted upon a valid deletion request or when no longer needed (see Section 8).
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To request access, correction, or deletion of data held by NCE Dashboard, follow the steps on our Data Deletion Instructions page, or email willblake13@gmail.com.
You can also revoke NCE Dashboard's access at any time from your Meta settings (Facebook Settings → Security & Login / Business Integrations → remove "NCE Dashboard"). Revoking the app immediately stops any further data access.
Our use and transfer of information received from Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including the Limited Use requirements.
We support the rights granted under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including rights of access, correction, deletion, and (where applicable) opting out of the sale of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal data.
Our service relies on the Meta Platform. Please review Meta's Privacy Policy (Data Policy) to understand how Meta processes data. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
