Data Deletion Instructions

NCE-Commerce operates the "NCE Dashboard" application, which connects to clients' Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business accounts to create, manage, and report on advertising campaigns. If you would like us to delete any data NCE Dashboard holds about you, you can request deletion using the steps below.

Request deletion of your data

Email willblake13@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the Facebook/Meta account name, ad account, or Page name associated with the data so we can identify it.
We will confirm your request and permanently delete the associated data from NCE Dashboard within 30 days.

Remove the app's access directly

You can revoke NCE Dashboard's access to your Meta account at any time. Revoking access immediately stops any further data access:

Go to Facebook Settings → Security & Login / Business Integrations.
Find "NCE Dashboard" in the list of connected apps and businesses.
Select Remove to revoke the application's access.

All valid data deletion requests are honored, and the associated data is deleted, within 30 days of receipt.
